NOW IT IS TIME FOR ACTION
ESAM-Economic and Social Researches Center has held the international conference on May 28-30, 2006 in Istanbul Grand Cevahir Hotel. The topic of the conference is TODAY'S ISLAMIC WORLD: ITS POTENTIAL, PROBLEMS and SUGGESTIONS for SOLUTIONS. Former prime ministers, ministers, scientists, politicians and businessmen have participated the conference from Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. The political and economical problems of the world especially the Islamic world were discussed and negotiated. The delegetes who participated the celebrations of the 553rd anniversary of the Conquest of Istanbul have conveyed their visions and advises regarding to establishment of a ''New World Order''.
In today's world the peace and the Islamic world is threatened by the monopolist-racist centers. These centers are controlling the governments of some western countries. They are very determined to found a New World order in accordance with their own principles in order to sustain their racist-monopolist hegemony on the earth. The basis of this colonialist system, which we name Postmodern Colonialism System, is the racism. These centers which have a racist understanding says that ''We are the most superior race of the world. We have to rule this world. The other nations must be our slaves. The promised day have come. We have the power to overcome the obstacles in order to reach this target.'' A very well organized minority which has this racist thought and belief have managed to control the institutions and organizations of the western countries. They announced Islam as the potential enemy in the early 1990s because it prevents them to realize their dirty aims.
Till now the scientists, scholars and the politicians of Islamic world who are against the modern colonialism have gathered many times. They discussed their problems. They had excited and enthusiastic speeches and went back to their countries. The produced solutions could not have been extended to the countries sufficiently and efficiently.
Today's Islamic world is encountering the colonialist and defeatist plans of the racist and monopolist centers which have an understanding as Pharaohs who adopts the ''power as a reason of right''. Some parts of Islamic world has been occupied and invaded by the imperialist powers and the occupation and its areas are tried to enlarge. The natural sources of Muslims are exploited mercilessly. The spiritual and moral values of Islamic world are tried to degenerate.
In the afternoon of May 28th, 2006 Sunday the Commissions for Politics, Economics, Technology and Culture were established. In addition to this a commission for Women and Family was formed. Approximately 250 delegates who participated the conference took their parts in the given commissions according to their expertise. The conclusions of the commission works were discussed and evaluated on May 29th Monday. It is decided through unanimous vote to share the issues and solutions below with Muslims and everyone who is against the oppression and exploitation on the earth. It is stressed that the time for solidarity and cooperation has come for against racist-imperialist powers, which spoils and threatens the world peace and the unity of oppressed innocent nations.
* They announced Islam and the Islamic Civilization as a potential danger and risk for their global exploitation order in 1990. This is the main reason of the pressures on Islamic lands.
* In this context between the period of 1990-2006 ''The New World Order'' started to be applied and ''The Enlarged Greater Middle East Project'' was revived as the main component of this global project. In fact the real target of this project is to transform this as the GIP ''Greater Israel Project''.
* They have to form a political will which will not defend their countries, natural sources and their own cultures against the racist monopolist imperialism which aims to colonialize the whole world.
* Basically the Islamic World is in the center of the world starting from Morocco to Indonesia. It has the position of reducing the future tensions between the rich north and poor south through its economic, demographic and strategic importance and it has the potential of ensuring global peace and prosperity.
* The ones who are not aware of the reviving and subliming dynamics of Islamic civilization are helping the colonialization of Islamic world with a psychology of being defeated.
* Ensuring the peace on the earth depends on the peace in the Middle East. The first term and condition for this is the full independence of Palestinian State and reaching its own natural borders. However it is impossible to talk about an Independent Palestine since the Mescid-i Aksa is free.
* For this purpose, it is an obligation to determine what and how to do in Islamic countries. In order to realize this establishing ''Institutes of Politics''.
* The issues of Palestine, Khasmir, Chechnya and Cyprus have to be solved justly and permanently. For the solution of these bleeding problems an intensive cooperation and solidarity must be ensured in Islamic world.
* The D-8 Organization which was founded on 15th May 1997 should be made functional. The principles of this organization should be revived. The revival of these principles will prepare a ground for a New World. The principles of D-8:
- Not war, but peace.
- Not conflict, but dialogue.
- Not double standards, but Justice.
- Not arrogance, but equality.
- Not exploitation, but cooperation.
- Not oppression and hegemony, but human rights, freedom and democracy.
* A '' Foundation of Rights and Justice'' must be founded in Istanbul. This foundation shall monitor the human rights violations all over the world and shall attempt in relating countries. O the consultative board of this foundation the prominent and famous scientists and scholars of Islamic world must take part and have a function of ombudsman.
* '' Institutes of Economy'' must be founded in order to prevent the exploitation of the Islamic countries and eradicating the unjust applications. Researches on Milli Gorus and Just Order should be executed and extended to the people.
* The information about the legislation about the trade/company in Islamic countries must be provided. Various fairs and exhibitions should be encouraged. There must be a high attention for the media and advertisements.
* ''Commercial visa'' application must be launched among the Islamic countries.
* The Islamic world must form its own currency, own money-credit system and its own insurance system.
* The Islamic world should be able to have common actions through using its power originating from consumption.
* The western imperialism intends to export its own culture and civilization to developing countries in order to accelerate the degeneration in these countries and wants them societies which loose self confidence.
* Qualified people must be raised in the subjects of religious education, social sciences, positive sciences and art.
* The Islamic countries and societies must teach and extend their own cultural values to the people in the areas of art, literature, music and architecture.
* The Islamic societies must establish institutions for developing their cultures.
* The accumulations and possibilities of existing organizations shall be used in order to have cultural closeness.
* The concepts must be redefined in order to avoid the pollution of thoughts and conscious scientist, academicians and intellectuals must be raised.
* Student exchange programs must be supported among the Muslim societies.
* Every year Islamic Culture Prizes must be organized.
* TV programs, movies and architectural works must be encouraged in Islamic countries.
* In order to increase the product quality and efficiency in Islamic countries there must be a high importance for the ''production of seed and plants used in crossbreeding''.
* The importance of tractor and other equipment have a major importance for the development of agriculture. There must be an intensive work on this sector and some encouraging policies must be implemented. The experiences and progress of Turkey must be utilized in this field.
* It is very well known that the expenses of weapons and arms are very high in defense industry. For this reason, instead of competing with the enemy for having the same weapons the REMOTE CONTROL and CONTROL SYSTEMS must be targeted and Research and Development branches must be supported.
* In the projects which will be progressed under the topic of D-8, there may be implementations in automotive industry, Production of Sea and Air Transportation vehicles, construction of energy and electronic and computer industry and the dynamism of Chine can be caught.
* There must be an optional trade system in order to promote and support the export-import of Islamic countries and there must be a banking system in accordance with this system.
* It is the natural right of all countries in the world having peaceful technologies including nuclear technology and avoidance of these by military force and sanctions are unmoral and unacceptable.
· The racist centers are spoiling the earth. During this process “woman” is the most used means and the most affected from the results of this process. The spoiling of the earth realizes in 4 types:
1- Directly murdering. – War, terror and conflicts are made by racist imperialists.
2- Pollution of thoughts:
3- Economic Destruction.
4- Comprador media and governments.
* Against the spoiling of the earth establishment of a Woman and Family Institute is proposed by the women participants of the meeting. Within the framework of the Institute the following topics must be taken into the consideration.
- Training the women and children in the fields of physical and spiritual progress and family management.
- Showing the sampling and guiding family life of the Rasulullah (pbuh) for the young men.
- Providing psychological consulting and guidance regarding to create and sustain a happy marriage life.
* Constructing a website for ensuring information exchange among the members of the commission.
* Holding seminars, symposiums and conferences in Islamic countries for making the women and family conscious in every field of life.
* Movies will be produced about the lives of sample characters and portraits of the Islamic History. Celebration days will be organized for our esteemed mothers as Hz. Khadijah and Aisha and there will be prizes on these special days.
* Preparing news bulletins in order to have a healthy communication of Islamic World through TV5.
* Women have an essential role for the prosperity and welfare of the family life. Therefore the family is the basis of the state. For this reason strong and peaceful families are the pillars of a strong state. If the family is spoiled then the society will be defeated. The life span of the state will also be short in a spoiled society.
* The women must be conscious through programs of media and directed to the target and the children must be saved from the spoiling affect of media and the image of ''oppressed Muslim woman'' must be changed and the importance of women in Islam must be stressed.
The representatives of Islamic World have made the decisions above with unanimous vote and declared that the time of founding a New World has come which takes the “right” and justice as the basis. Time is not the time of talk but it time to act. Because the racist imperialism threatens the world peace and planning the exploit the Islamic World.
