“MİLLİ GÖRÜŞ (THE NATION’S VISION) SYMPOSIUM”
28-29 OCTOBER 2006, ISTANBUL
As you already know, with the world turning uni-polar following the collapse of communism and disintegration of Soviet Union, and its falling under the racist imperialism of first USA followed by EU, the world has for the last 16 years, contrary to embracing the peace and tranquility it has been longing for, has been progressively dragged into disaster.
This is because, as Imperialism's own thinkers and authorities have also declared, they move in a determined manner to take the entire world under their control, to exploit those other than themselves and use all types of brutality including war against those who do not obey them so as to bring them around, and they have chosen Islamic world as the target to be crushed.
Under these circumstances, it has become an inevitable necessity for all the countries that are being exploited, being crushed and being faced with this brutality, foremost the Islamic world, to get together and put a stop to this course of events.
Upon invitation of our establishment in connection with the conquest of Istanbul on the 29th of May, nearly 250 well known statesmen and intellectuals and representatives of Moslem Communities from approximately 50 different Islamic countries came together for 2 days at the "Moslem Communities Association" held on the dates of 29 and 30 May 2006, and realized "A New World" Symposium. And they have taken the decision to establish a "New World" with the principles of,
1- Peace, not war!
2- Dialogue, not conflict!
3- Justice, not double standards!
4- Equality, not arrogance!
5- Coordination, not exploitation!
6- Human rights, not pressure and domination
And as to how this world will be established, they have tried to form "Establishment Project of a New World", by the gathering and cooperation of D-8 that constitutes the core, and with 60 Moslem countries gathering around this core, and another 5 billion repressed people who are dispersed to more than 160 countries on the globe gathering around them as well.
After the necessary preparations are done according to this project, in order to establish a "New World", holding a "Second Yalta Conference" with G-7 taking into consideration the above fundamental principles has come to forefront.
No has to be said to this project the G-7s have been implementing for the last 16 years by 5 billion people in 160 countries, in other words, against the principles of G-7 to "Make Everybody a Slave", "Exploit Others", and in order to do this, against the application of all kinds of pressure, violence, tyranny, that is "Implementation of Brutality", in short exchange of ideas for the establishment of "No to Slavery", "No to Exploitation", "No to Brutality" front's foundation have been held, and most importantly, instead of the subject being "Cooperation with Racist Imperialism" set of mind, introduction of "National Vision Mentality" to and its adaptation by all communities, firstly the founding of "Political Will" for the establishment of "A New World" has surfaced as the most important subject, and for this, it has been emphasized by D-8 that establishing "National Vision Institutes" and research Centers" in all Islamic Countries carries great importance.
In the light of these developments, an intensive and zealous effort has been started for the establishment of the “National Vision Institute” in Turkey.
ESAM has decided to organize a “National Vision Symposium” in Istanbul between the dates 28-29 October 2006, to encourage other countries to take the same steps as Turkey and to determine how these Institutes will work in coordination together and decide the things they will accomplish as well as the subjects that they will give priority to.
